Unfortunately, the location felt a bit isolated. While the scenery was stunning, it was challenging to access nearby shops and restaurants without a vehicle. I also noticed some inconsistencies in service. the staff, though friendly, could be a bit pushy with promotions, even calling to check if I wanted room service while I had the 'do not disturb' sign up. This felt intrusive and was a disappointment. The air conditioning in the room was also quite loud, which sometimes disrupted my sleep. It would also help if the hotel offered more shuttle services to nearby attractions rather than just Patong beach.

The room upgrade to a King Suite with a fantastic sea view was a delightful surprise. The free accommodation at the Grand Wyndham Private Pool Suite with Sea View provided an outstanding experience. I loved the attentive assistance from the staff, especially Atm, who ensured that our check-in went smoothly and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
